User Data Deletion — Facebook

What data do we collect through Meta (Facebook)

Silk Cashback uses the Meta SDK solely for analytics and advertising measurement purposes. We do not use Facebook login or store any personal Facebook data on our servers. The SDK collects device identifiers and app usage information, which is sent directly to Meta.

If you have a Facebook account

If you wish to delete any data that Silk Cashback may have collected through Meta, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings and privacy > Configuration.
2. Click on Applications and websites.
3. Seeks Silk Cashback in the list of active applications.
4. Select the application and click on Eliminate.
5. In the pop-up window, select the option Remove posts, videos, or events that Silk Cashback has published from your timeline (if applicable).
6. Confirm by clicking on Eliminate.

If you don’t have a Facebook account

If you do not have a Facebook account and wish to request the deletion of any data associated with your device, you can contact us directly:

Please provide your Silk Cashback username or the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
