• Silk Points can be redeemed to reduce future rent payments.
• You can choose to pay the rent by credit card or bank transfer within the application.
• You can earn additional Silk Points on specific purchases through the application.

3. Requirements

• You must be of legal age.
• You must be a legal resident in a country where Silk operates.
• Your rental property must be approved by Silk.

4. Account creation

• You must create an account and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Silk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of suspicious activity or non-compliance with the Terms.

5. How to earn Silk Points

• Silk Points are earned at a rate determined by Silk, which may change at our discretion.
• Points can only be earned on rental payments processed through the application.
• Silk may offer, at its discretion, additional opportunities to earn Silk Points.

6. Redeeming Silk Points

• Silk Points can be redeemed to reduce a portion of the rental payments.
• The redemption value of Silk Points and any redemption limits are set by Silk and are subject to change.

7. Data Collection and Use

• We collect data about your rental payments, consumption habits and use of the application to offer and improve the service.
• Your data may be shared with our partners for the purpose of offering rewards and offers.

8. Offers and promotions

• Silk Cashback may present offers from our partners as a way to earn additional rewards.
• Partner offers are subject to their own terms and conditions.

• Our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

14. Consent to pay the owner

By using the Silk Cashback app, you, as the tenant, give us your express consent to make rent payments to the landlord on your behalf using the funds available in your Silk Cashback account. You acknowledge and agree that by providing us with your consent to make these payments on your behalf, you remain responsible for complying with all terms and conditions of the lease you have with the landlord. You further understand that any delay or failure to process payment due to technical or other reasons does not relieve your obligation to pay the rent in full and on time.
